  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I feel it hasn't been as much as in other HE courses I have done, but this may be reflective of how learning is remote atm and how university lecturers are different to teachers at a college. My personal tutor/ trainer is very friendly.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel it gives useful insight into the business and will improve my performance and confidence. My managers feel that it would eventually be very useful . They have signed another member of staff to a degree apprenticeship in another course.
