My role as a CSA at Lloyds bank involves serving and being available to help customers with any enquiry that they have. The apprenticeship allows me to broaden and stregnten my knowledge of my job role and allows me to give customers the best and most accurate expereince when in my presence.
Yes, i have learnt how to research any quieries on SSP and how my contract has been put into place to benefit and support me throughout my career. I have also learnt my job role in great depth; meaning that I feel more confident in providing customers with the best service.
I enjoy it very much, mainly with the support I have from my collegues and my tutor.
Very valued as I am given great amout of support from my collegues, as well as the extra responibilities they trust me to do.
The programme is well structured and shows me how each month will progress and how the programme will benifit me throughout the course of a year.
My training provider offers me endless amout of support and ensures that I am confident and comfortable with my tasks ahead before her next visit ;and ensures me that she is always available to help and support me when required.
My employer allows me to take the time to complete my work and tasks in order to follow my progression throughout my apprenticeship.
