I have oversight of the companies Data Breach Incident Handling process, interacting with different stakeholders internationally
Since joining the UBS apprenticeship program I have completed my Level 3 in Managing Cyber Security and Enrolled in my Level 4 recently. I have developed many skills such as communication, collaboration and time management.
The UBS apprenticeship program allows me to work directly with experts in the industry and learn directly from them. UBS has a great work culture, which allows me to reach my full potential
After the initial apprenticeship onboarding the training provided is the best, my line manager works with me to reach my goals and apprenticeship competencies.
Support is available from many different stakeholders throughout UBS, I have quarterly check ins with the HR junior talent team and weekly catch ups with my line manager.
I have only recently signed onto my Level 4 apprenticeship, however so far the support has been amazing, Firebrand always reply swiftly and assist all my problems.
I am constantly finding links between my course content and my job role, the knowledge that I am covering on my course directly correlates to work I am doing and vice-versa.
Pre-covid I was involved in many networking events and volunteering activities, some of which have moved to virtual.
