I have come to really enjoy and look forward to the job and what the job brings. The NVQ was structured well, categorised well.
Programme was well structured. However got off to a slow start due to staff change and new allocation of my assessor. My new assessor was very good and approachable and always got back to me.
Lots of support once my new assessor was allocated to me.
Lots of support, happy.
Lots of transferable skills have been gained and the training really helped set me up in the real world examples.
Yes theres some sports teams, like a rugby group, and some fund raising events etc.
