Helping clients directly with any queries they may have. Undergoing Health & Risk work, for example renewal or market reviews. Some compliance work for clients, eg - Engagement letters, KYC. Some DC work - AGRs, re-enrolment etc.
Yes, lots - Phone & email etiquette, how to work efficiently, presentation skills, work management, leadership etc.
