learning all of the train systems and how they work, both practically and in theory
I have really excelled and learnt so many new skills. My skillset since started as improved massively
I love my job and am excited to complete my apprenticeship to work on the task as a fully qualified member of the team
Sometimes the new layout of the qualification is difficult to navigate
They send us detailed info to help us by don't always teach us how to complete tasks. Its run well mostly though
We get the materials required but not always the knowledgeable responses when asking questions
This apprenticeship has given me competency and confidence to complete the task on a daily basis.
There are football teams and other events such as site visits and café mornings

Its a great industry and company to work in. once the apprenticeship has been completed you have a very important and rewarding job
