Answering calls from customers, trying to renew policies and answering any questions they have.
I've developed my communications skills and have learned how to use new computer systems.
I enjoy the job and its different every day all though it can get repetitive
Considering the Coronavirus pandemic and the impact its had I think the programme has been structured well.
We receive weekly meetings with our manager and get updates from the company around 3 times a month.
I think we receive quite a lot of support from our provider and have monthly meetings with our instructor.
I think a lot of the information we learn in the qualification has been covered through our training at work all though learning about regulations and legislations can help when dealing with complaints.
Under normal circumstances there are but due to Coronavirus we aren't able to do these.

Its a fast paced job so each week goes fast, it pays well compared to other jobs and comes with lots of benefits and discounts.
Make sure you want a job where you will be busy all day.
