I answer the phone and answer and questions customers may have, this may also including making any changes to their policy or renewing their policy. i also complete my apprenticeship work.
I have developed my communication skills and the ability to adapt to different people. I have also learned the new systems we use whilst working.
I am enjoying the program and completing task.
Very well. We have weekly time to complete the task ads well as regular meetings with our tutor to check in.
Our team leader is there if we need support and she checks in with our tutor also.
We can always email her for support and ask for support in our meetings, we also have workshops were can go over the course and get help on area areas of weakness.
It helps me understand our company and customers better.
We have team nights on video call and I have recently taken part in a step challenge with those from work also.
