My work experience involves being a Business Administrator for an early years nursery. I start my day at 9:00am and finish at 5:00pm. I manage training attendance registers, I set up meetings and send out training emails across nurseries. I also support my colleagues with extra tasks if required.
I learnt a lot of training and skills from my work experience as a Business Administrator. For example, managing attendance registers, sending out important emails across different departments and setting up team meetings. I feel like I've gained a lot more confidence and being comfortable in my job role.
I enjoyed my work experience a lot. The people I worked with were really helpful, kind and made me feel welcome. Also, they helped me gain my work experience and skills that I needed in their company which I am grateful for and gave me support when I needed it.
My work experience was well organised.
I learned a lot about the company culture and it is great as everyone gets along so well and I think its an amazing place to work in the early years nursery.
My work experience helped me a lot on deciding my future career path as being a Business Administrator is a job I wanted to do since leaving college. I feel like I am good at being a Business Administrator as the role is perfect for me and my understanding.
I was not paid for this work experience as it was part of my traineeship.
