My role is to answer customers queries in regards to their pension/ life policy. I have to update notes on the system about what the customer and I have discussed. As well as this I have to arrange call backs for our senior members of staff.
I have learnt a lot of skills. The first main skill is telephone skills. As well as working in a fast/ busy pasted environment. As well as this I have learnt behaviours with customers as well as how to handle difficult customers.
I do enjoy my role as everyday is something different. As well as this I enjoy the course as it is interesting and have great support from LMP.
The programme is organised very well with meetings/ catch ups arranged by [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] They are well organised with all of the information included as well as all of my questioned answered.
The support that I receive is very good. I have catch up sessions with my team leader as well as having learning and development team frequently come down to see how we are doing.
I receive a lot of support from my tutor, I have links sent that my tutor believes will be helpful as well as she is constantly open to having meetings to answer at questions.
The training I receive from my provider helps me apply to my role. As it is information that is relevant to my role. As well as provides customer insight.
For my work there is no extra curricular activities at the moment due to COVID. However they did have summer/ winter balls.

The work environment is good. And everyone around is very friendly and everyone is happy to help you out.
My tip for anyone applying for a role in hcl it to be open during your interview. As well as show commitment to the role
