I participate in planned maintenance of our machinery and also attend breakdown to repair machinery to ensure machinery is working correctly and efficiently
I have learnt everything to do with engineering in the manufacturing world, and know how manufacturing machinery works and how to repair these assets
I thoroughly enjoyed my program and learnt alot through this time and enjoyed meeting new people and working together
At first structure wasn't great but after a short while we had a development plan and a clear goal to achieve which was great
I received a good amount of support from engineers and managers to help me achieve my goals
My training provider was okay with giving support but i found my employer was better
I feel my qualification helps me in my role as i did great in my qualification and always want to improve and experience helps me do this
Due to Covid there werent any option of this for me

Nestle is great place to work, they look after you and care, also the people are great and friendly and will help you with anything, i enjoy working here and are keen to progress
Have an open mind, and dont be afraid to ask questions or speak up if you see something you don’t understand or feel might not be right
