My roles includes maintaining and providing the infrastructure of Openreach and getting our customer in service with fibre broadband.
I have learnt both new skills and developed my existing skills whilst working at Openreach.
I enjoy my programme a lot as it’s very practical based learning which I find better for myself.
I feel the structure of the programme is very thought out and planned.
I receive as much support as I need from my employer. The company look after their employees.
I receive all the support I require when working towards my qualifications. My tutor is very keen to help and provide me with knowledge and support.
My training has helped and given me the skills and knowledge to provide broadband as well as deal and speak to different customer.
I want to say yes but COVID has limited the activities.
Yes
It’s a company that look after the staff. A company where we look after each other to get the job done safely.
I would give the advice of it’s going to be hard the first couple of months but keep pushing through it because the end goal is a job for life.
