telephone network engineer, installing and maintaining the openreach network
I'm completely new to the job role so I have learnt about all aspects regarding how the network works, including th exchange, cans, DP's and at the customers end.
I have really enjoyed the programme so far as all of the skills are new and all of the subjects have been interesting.
fairly organised, these have been a couple of incidents where information hasn't been passed along regarding the changing of timetables/schedules.
As much support as needed.

Its a very good organisation to be involved with, I feel that safety is paramount compared to any other aspect of the job. The speed in which you learn something or time taken to complete a job isn't an issue as long as its done safely.
Trust the process. Every aspect of the job is explained in a structed and safe way.
