In my role I learn various assembly packages throughout the assembly line and also help out process supporter and leaders in tasks and projects that can be either helping out with line balancing, some fault finding tasks. Then there is also college where subjects relating to the apprenticeship would be taught.
There are many skills that I have developed such as my IT in how to present and deliver information to others and also how a assembly line functions.
I enjoyed the programme thoroughly and met all my expectations
I felt the programme was well organised considering the extraordinary circumstances of COVID.
The support I received form my employer was quite helpful pointing me in the right direction for who get into contact with in regard to tasks and any questions that I may have about my apprenticeship or the workplace in general. There was also fantastic support from my college to help with my work.
I received a lot of support from my training provider and can easily be contacted if I have questions about my progress in my qualification or the college in general.
I feel my qualification does allow help me understand engineering essentials which can be applied to a degree to my role.
