Safeguarding children and further assisting them with their educational needs
Learning on the job all the time but applying some theory with my course really helps!
I enjoy learning about how to better help children in an educational setting. Understand the policies and procedures involved.
Quite well organised. A lot of self study but Tutor is at hand remotely for help if needed. I have monthly catch-ups too.
It's there if I required as specified above. Staff at he school are helpful but alot of the time shadowing someone else helps!

It's a quick way to learn a new skills and be qualified while employed.
Carefully research which units to complete when selecting the courses and to negotiate time off work to be able to study during the day.
