To provide fibre optic broadband into customer premises
Yes new skills of splicing fibre, fitting customer service point, optical network termination box’s and relevant cabling to do with them
I enjoy all parts of the programme
It is ok, would benefit from a longer period of buddying as 2 weeks is not enough. Time also needs to be given to write up our portfolio over the apprentice works already part of the programme
It’s good but need time to write up portfolios as part of a working day. Managers need to be aware this can be given as these are currently being done in our own time rather than work tome
Support is given
We tend to learn more on the job which is where the main skills are gained
Not that I am aware of
Yes
Because it’s a great caring company to be a part of
Go for it , be open and honest you won’t regret it but be well presented, polite and respectful
