Working at KPMG is like gold dust to external employers. What they see is extensive experience in one of the worlds highest valued consulting/audit companies but what they dont see if the increidble culture I have experienced, the extensive training and skills development and brilliant people.
KPMG look for real life examples of how you have demonstarted particular attributes. They do not care if you can resite the KPMG abbreviation or if you can already in-charge an audit at age 20. They want unique people, with unique experiences that can diversify our workforce further.
