Doing a variety of jobs which involve mechanical and electrical work
I’ve learnt lots of new skills which may involve electrical drawings, how to install new assets, how to find faults and more
At the start of my programme I was put with people who did not know what they were doing but in the last year I have made good progress as I have a good mentor
I used to have apprentice meetings every two months but haven’t had any for the last year
I didn’t receive much support at the start of my apprenticeship but since moving team last year I felt I have been given good support
I’m not really given any support from my provider but guidance to when mistakes are made on write ups
It gave me a good start when I started working on site
