Sitting with children, cleaning and hygiene, supervising meal time and completing daily logs.
I have learned alot through shadowing, in particular worktime, changing nappies and organisation skills have definitely improved.

They have been so supportive so far and helping me to learn. I dont not feel pressured to learn quickly and can improve steadily
I worried alot before I started, try and not worry and take things as they come. The modules are nicely spaced out
