Developed line management skills, set awareness, managing conflict, communication especially through the pandemic and working from home.
I enjoy being able to demonstrate that I am already doing things as I should be, applying a model or theory to the way I am working. Finding other ways to manage specific tasks. Learning new things that I don’t necessarily do now such as project and finance management.

Whilst working from home the repairs team have continued to deliver a service. Finding time to carry out assignments isn’t always easy and the daily duties still need to be done so it has been a bit difficult at time to meet deadlines
Training provider is great, she is always available when I need her help.
I feel like it has empowered me to make decisions confidently, where I may have doubted myself before.
