Happy with my daily tasks and the opportunity given by my superiors when my help was required
I have gained Qualifications in Math and English, currently doing practical driving tests
Very good team, amazing support from higher up position, however as a company is going backwards or is stuck at the moment
Some parts are very well organised, but another not so much
From previous managers (Area Managers) ZERO support, from my new team members, mentor and managers I could not ask for more. Well over the moon.
Could of been much more better

As much as it was a good company to work for, the company is making a lot of changes that affects every employee, without considering the employees wellbeing or opinion.
Simply I would not recommend it at the moment to anyone.
