I have learned how to program, build dashboards and build apps. I have also learned how to develop interpersonal skills like leadership, teamwork and how to work with others both in person and online globally.
I love my programme, but I will admit that it can be challenging - so it's important that you have a drive for the role before you take it on.
It is well structured by my training provider, and we have regular catch up sessions between my employer and my coach to track my progress.
I receive a lot of support for both my work and for my own mental wellbeing - my employer is incredibly supportive on all fronts.
Lots of support and one-to-one sessions, including lots of communication with my line manager regarding my progress.
It has taught me the foundations and principles of my role incredibly well and almost all of it is applicable to my day-to-day job.

They are incredibly caring regarding their employees and will bend over backwards to ensure you are happy both physically and mentally; both in office and at home.
Be honest, considerate, and most importantly be yourself! Purpose is very important at Unilever so find out what motivates you the most and let it drive your application.
