  • the course I have been signed up for, if I'm honest I find very boring. Long and very tedious.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The course doesn't seem to have a reliable structure. After every meeting no one seems to know what they are supposed to write. There is not much information given. There seems to be an overlap in all the questions we are given and some questions are repeated and this should be pointed out to save wasting time.

  • If you Ask for it you get it but no one seems interested

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Again like I said before, it doesn't seem like anyone really has a clue to what is required from us when answering questions.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I don't feel like its teaching me anything specific to my role. I feel like my customer service is great, a lot of the questions asked are for people who have Never done a job in customer service before. I have done a lot of training in health and safe and done all this before. Honestly haven't learnt anything new, or even anything at all.

  • There are charity activities but nothing exciting that really interests me

  • The office I work in is really friendly, the job is very easy and really good hours!

  • Having a sales back ground would be very useful!
