I am enjoying my apprenticeship program, as it allows me to learn and develop new skills whilst getting paid.
My program is fairly well structured, however events following the COVID-19 pandemic has caused some issues, however the company any has done a lot to resolve these.
The employer offers a lot of support. From Welfare calls to one to one meetings.
