I'm an assitant at pre-school to help children's daily routines , and supporting chilren's activities and there developments.
Yes, I have learnt how to communcate better with chilren under 5 yrs, and learnt the framework of how to help chilren to reach there goals in the best way they can. Learning skills realy help me to achieve good results and productive levels.
I like the way it challenges myself, and I love being with my tutors in a more understanding environment on a day to day basis. I also enjoy the help my team give me as English is not might first language, and my tutors are kind friends and always helpful.
The programme is very well constructed and designed very well, to help me in a very positive way and organises teams in a professional and enjoyable manor.
The support I get from everyone at all levels, make me feel like I have an important role to play. Also, I consider myself lucky to be in such a high level professional apprencticeship and be trained to a high satndard, to enable me to play my very important role.
I recieve support all the way along my journey to help me achieve high levels and grades, especially in these hard times with world being in a unpresidented way. My goals are more easily achievable with the professional support I receive from everyone everywhere.
I know I will be a good teacher in the future with my sound level of training from start to finish.
I try to keep the children entertained and happy, by thinking up ideas to let all the chilred feel equal so they can all join in together no matter what there disabilities may be.

Because, I feel there is no better organisation to help me in my career.
Be open minded and be honest about yourself and study about the companies targets and tutoring methods.
