Working with a qualified engineer to complete all maintenance task and carry out improvements on the line
I have learnt how to operate in a run to standard system, including the use of 5S, SOPs and OPL. I have also learnt how to sign off all tasks once complete and hand over any unfinished tasks.
i enjoy coming to work everyday to learn new things
i have a router that is followed within my factory so each apprentice gets experience in all different sections of work.
I have an in factory mentor who helps me from day to day, my engineering leader who has reviews about my progress, and a apprentice leader who i connect with monthly
I receive constant communication from my training provider and feedback on all my work
I learn about systems in more depth, and more research is require to know this stuff
