Support from tutor is great although it would have been nice for previous tutor to say I was having a different tutor

I now receive a lot of support from employer, however at the start there was none as they were not aware that I could have time at work to do my studies

I feel that it will enable me to eventually move career ladder at present my qualification is helping me move forward with better leadership skills
