Curently my role in my apprenticeship is to attend a training centre full time, participating in all activies put forward and achieving alll grades needed.
while being at the training centre i have learnt a great deal of information about the trade i am hopefully going to become qualified in, and any little knowledge has been built upon.
I love my programme and really enjoy the job i do.
Glaxo have really made me feel part of the team and i feel as if i am highly valued
The structure of my programme is great and a full time table has been given to show what i will need to do throughout my time there.
My training centre give me support whenever i need it.
My employer are great with giving me support, any help needed they have delt with fast and effectively.
My salary meets my costs.
There are many oppertunites for me outside of work.
