I am nan office agent, deal with leasing, FH sales and transaction of offices across the south west acting for landlords and tenants.
Report writing with extra professional classes offered by the company. Personal skills being able to communicate with people from all different backgrounds and providing a professional service.
Really enjoy day to day work for a brilliant company. The tricky part is balancing work and study especially at very busy periods.
Well structured from Savills always there when help is needed. UCEM arent organised with lack of communication and last minute date changes.
Good amount of support all of the team offer advice and help with there knowledge and expertise from years in the industry.
Good amount - APC webinars are every other week with emails weekly.
Understanding the basics either in law, managment or construction gives you the base understanding that you can transfer into the day to day role at work.
Yes - loads of networking with grads and apprentices this is a huge part and have weekly drinks and catch ups daily. The social scene is a great way to build knowledge of the market and catch up with other firms.

Be confident and willingness to learn, they don't expect you to know everything although you need to want to learn everyday and take every opportunity to get involved where possible.
