I’m a apprentice technician/mechanic at enterprise and from a day to day basis involves anything from checking over a vehicle for delivery to engine work e.g engine changes
I learned a lot during the apprenticeship, like how to remove part and fit also how thing work on vehicle but still learning to further my knowledge for work.
I’m enjoying my apprenticeship as earning more knowledge everyday and I feel safe at work and at the training centre.
I think the program is organised really well as you learn something new every time I’m at the training centre also the monthly check with the assessors so you know what you have to do to stay on track during the apprenticeship progression
At first I didn’t get much support but since enterprise has taken over I’ve been getting a lot more support through my apprenticeship
The provider has given me a lot support has that’s where I’ve earned most of my knowledge also they have email me a copy of the hillers book the further my knowledge as the book and in depth information
I feel like my qualification is going well has I have learned a lot throughout my apprenticeship therefore making me perform better in my role of work but still learning as there is a lot more to learn.
Not to my knowledge that I know of
Yes
Because they give loads of support to anyone in the company. I know this because when I first started my apprenticeship I wasn’t getting any support but as soon as enterprise took over I was getting a lot more support that before.
I you need help with anything don’t be afraid to ask as enterprise will help you what ever the situation.
