I solve support tickets and resolve issues for a new nuclear build.
I have yes. I'd never used asset suite or service now to solve tickets but I have now.
I enjoy it a lot, learning all sorts of new things.
Sometimes its quite organised but other times it can be incredibly unorganized. But I would say that COVID has had an impact on that.

Quite well. My qualification has taught me a lot about working as a team in a professional environment and a software environment.

They are an excellent company that really values their employees. There are so many opportunity's within the company and they go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a place and is happy with their job.
Be yourself, value the opinion of others, show a willingness to work hard, even if you don't know how to do something or know a programming language - show how ready you are to learn it and put it into action.
