Going to college on a block release is great as it means when you are at work it has your full attention vice versa.

Yes
At BAM everyone make you feel welcome, and as an apprentice everyone has time to help you.
Throughout the application process just be your self. At the assessment centre make sure to ask lots of questions and chat to the employees & and other candidates.
