Yes definitely, I have learnt an abundance of new skills especially social / people skills.

I really enjoy the program, I think it empowers you to make your own decisions and take control of your own business inside of Softcat itself.

Fairly well organised, I dont have much to compare it too but theres hardly any mistakes or mishaps with the structure.

Because the people are great and really supportive. There is opportunity to do well if you put the work in, also alot of freedom and autonomy in your day to day work
