as an apprentice i make my way around the paintshop learning all areas
i have leant many new skills manually however i feel i have come a long way socially too
i have extremely enjoyed my time on my apprenticeship, especially recently
id have to say at work it is unstructured however i structure it to how i feel i will learn most
all the help i need is provided by my employer and more
thatcham has been great in supporting me throughout my apprenticeship
i couldnt do my job what so ever without thatchams aid
there was when covid wasnt present

i have learnt so much over almost 2 years and feel there is still so much to learn
make friends early and everything else comes easier
