More teamwork and communication skills.
I enjoy my programme and it is exciting as it makes me feel good to know that I have helped to build these cars and i have a great sense of achievement.
Very well they have everything planned out for us so we are not sitting around and completing nothing.
We receive a lot of support and they always ask if if we are ok and if they can help in any way.
A lot of support they are always there to help and do things that is right for us as apprentices.
I feel that the qualification gives me more confidence as i have a wider knowledge of what I am completing.
