I conduct maintenance on logistics based equipment
I have learnt many new skills, most of which I cannot state as you pick up the passive skill to be able to do your job well.
The programme is fairly enjoyable but helps if you have interest in the business
The structure of the programme is not very good. I've had no placement before and been shoved into a placement that wasn't right for me and had nothing to do with the job role.
Adequate support
Good support for NVQ and EPA however BMet college is bad with support and organisation.
I feel like the NVQ helped me outline how to conduct a professional report however not much to do with my working role.
There probably is but its not widely shown and due to covid nothing is going on at this point in time.
No
I came into this business with the idea that it was going to be strict and professional. Although I don't dislike working here, I would not recommend due to the inorganization and structure of the apprenticeship
Bring a strong topic to speak about for the interview
