I am involved in different aspects of maintenance; preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, changes (projects), asset & reliability etc.
throughout the apprenticeship i have learnt many new skills and developed upon those i already had.
To the most part I greatly enjoy my job
initially it wasn't as well organised as it is currently, especially post covid-19, however in the last 6 months it has become a lot more organised.
depending on the area, we receive different levels of support. some areas prefer for you to try and discover things alone, whereas others like to guide you through start to finish.
support provided depends on the lecturer, the training provider has been a bit less organised this year due to covid
in some aspects the qualification helps with work, however it feels minimal in comparison to what we learn at work
there may be but i haven't come across them
Yes
it is a good place to work and the salary / perks are good.
understand the company and the job role you are applying to
