I create job descriptions and publish them in different platforms to attract candidates, build pipelines, headhunt, screen CVs, qualify candidates and conduct interviews. Provide feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates, create job offers and support the onboarding of the candidates
I have learnt different legal aspects of the recruitment industry and how recruitment Agencies operate
