  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I beilieve the programme has been amazing and i have not yet seen any issues in training or support. there were issues when organinsing some sessions as i was needed in work a few times and communication does not seem to be as strong with tutors and setting managment as it is between the tutors and the students. I have also had a few issues when tring to arrange some face time calls but that is expected with the current pandemic.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I am unaware of any thing like this in my settings as we do not do any after school kind of clubs as we are open from 7:30am-6:00pm which is normally longer than an avarage school day. however we do enjoy ensuring that all the children thrive as much as possible duriong their time with us

  • 9a. Would you recommend Aspirations to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The support, quality of training and overall attitude towards work, students and the qualifacations are impecible. I have done many coursesm similar but this one has been my favourite one out of them all. i would like to thank Emma,Rhian and Sally from Aspirations Training for all your support and guidance this far.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aspirations?
  • Only thing i would and could say is perhaps ensure that no matter what communication between the settings management is through them not the student as some times it can be fiddley and an inconvinence if the student has to go up and remind the managment that there is a session but they may still be in ratio, therefore they miss out on the session as it is for the safety of both child and staf that ratios are kept to the ratios. thankyou
