I support the relationship manager in meetings by making notes and uploading them to the correct platform, contacting customers and doing tasks for them. I also complete a learning plan. I have been developing relationships with a wider range of colleagues to build my network.
I am learning how to network more. I have debeloped my CPCs (trusted advisor, connected, change ready, improver innovator and critical thinker) I am also developing my skills on how to use the different platforms the bank has.
I enjoy my programme to a great extent.
My Programme has a great structure with a good plan for me to follow.
I recieve support daily - from different people within my team.
I receive a good amount of support - I have had a couple of meetings, exchanged a few emails and have received all of the information needed to complete my learning plan.
I feel that my qualification is helping me to perform better as I have more background knowledge on the bank and what brings it together.
I have joined a few employee led networks and events to help develop myself.

Everyone is very helpful and they make sure you are developing yourself - learning is important. It is a very inclusive bank and this is shown through its events.
To make sure you prepare for your interview in the STAR format and think of examples that show the best of you.
