making sure the stocks are replenished, clean, tidy and the display standard and guidelines are being followed. collecting deliveries from the hub and store them nicely in the stock cupboards. supporting colleagues and hitting the weekly targets. greet, assist and interact with customers and making sure I follow our ESP properly.
Yes. I have been trained to do other roles in the business such as Customer Ordering Advisor and Click and Collect department. I have been trained to use D365 and place orders for customers who would like to send products especially Hampers for their friends and family. as well as building a new hamper from scratch.
I enjoy my job mainly because of the people I work with. It is like having second family. We all get along and we support each other. F&M is very good when it comes to looking after their employees. I personally feel like I have been treated very well since I joined the company as a Christmas Temp and then offered a permanent full-time role with I really enjoy.
We do training with different brands at least twice a month. and the support I get from my Supervisors and Managers is very good. Studying whilst at work can be difficult sometimes, but my Supervisor always finds a way to give me at least two hours a week if possible.unless, we are short on staff.
I receive enough support from my employer. anything I need they always provide. My floor manager is very supportive. they always remind us that if we need any support we just have to let them know. if there is any problem on the floor they always help out immediately. They always appreciate the effort I put when it comes to my job.
My tutor is very supportive. She is very helpful too, if I do not understand the test or topic she will take time to explain it. she even told me I can always send her an email or text when ever I need support with my studying. at first I was a little nervous with my studying, but, after doing my first assessment with her I felt more confident. Love her!
after joining the apprenticeship program at work I gained more confidence in doing my role as a sales associate. I am more confident compare to when I started. I have more knowledge about the retail industry because of the training I have done and completed. and I always apply what I have learned from my apprenticeship to my job.
