Credit Hire handler. Dealing with third party credit hire claims from credit hire companies, accident management companies, third party insurer claims. Establishing liability, obtaining evidence, dealing with incoming emails/calls.
Developed existing skills as part of the apprenticeship. No new skills.
The programme is enjoyable.
From the apprentice side it is great and well structured. From the work perspective it is lacking with the hours and off the job learning actually being limited to 3 hours per week. On a 35 hour week this would equate to just under 10% off the job learning, not the 20% as advised.
Reduced support with off the job learning at 3 hours a week.
100% support on a regular basis and always there if any issues or questions.
Builds on existing knowledge.
Sports team - not something I personally partake in.
Yes
Hours, work, environment and pay are good. Lots of opportunities for different roles. Pension is great, benefits are good.
Just be yourself and enquire about anything you are unsure about.
