I deal with complaints sent to RSA on a daily basis, this includes writing FRL and reviewing full files.
I now understand the role of the FCA and FOS within the insurance industry, I deal with requests from FOS everyday, I also understand the back ground of complaints and the different sections of the market and representatives that we use.
I really enjoy learning new things but due to my age I have found this harder to learn. But I have taken alot away from this,
Very well structured includes all required for me to learn more about the role I do and the company I work for. Including learning about underwriting and management roles within the business
I receive time during the week for my work, I also received help with training and taking exams. I feel RSA do the most they can to help with my learning.
My trainer has changed a couple of times, I do not know my new one as well yet. My trainers have always been helpful when I have requested extra help.
I understand so much more behind my role. this training has helped me considerably
I am involved within the social club, which includes quiz nights etc.
Yes
RSA as a company help you as much as they can within a very difficult and sometimes demanding role, they have many areas to help including well being and doctor at hand. I feel they are a supportive company and really do care about their employees, this has been shown more during the last year with COVID.
I would just say the company is great although the work is hard and demanding, please make sure this is the right role for you and if so you can move within the company to be the best you. The insurance industry is not the right place for everyone, you require confidence within yourself and you will be rewarded for your commitment.
