I deal with personal household underwriting queries and referrals along with updating Policy Wordings for Home Insurance.
I have learnt a lot with regards to Insurance, Legal and Regulatory
I enjoy learning anything new so finding this good. As my job is all around insurance, this module is particularly interesting.
Quite organised. My coach has a meeting with me every month to go over any issues I have and set out some guidance for me.
I receive quite a lot of support from my employer.

I think it has helped me become more organised however the main aspect is that it helps me with making my decisions on insurance cases on a day to day basis.

Ive found my coach approachable and really helpful. If I am unaware of something, I know I can go to my coach and she will talk me through a process step by step.
Make sure you take enough time to complete each module and stick at it.
