My role as an Early Years Practitioner is to look at the development or babies and young children as they grow up and provide them with the best start to life. Part of my role is to safeguard children and make sure there safe under our care.
Over the course of 7 months i have developed a lot of different skills and i have learnt a lot of new things, which help me along the way.
I enjoy my programme a lot, my trainer is very understanding and helps me a lot when needed.

i was always unsure what i wanted to do in my career, but activate apprenticeship gave me a better understanding of what my programme would include and i’m glad i choose this life
