1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role as an Early Years Practitioner is to look at the development or babies and young children as they grow up and provide them with the best start to life. Part of my role is to safeguard children and make sure there safe under our care.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Over the course of 7 months i have developed a lot of different skills and i have learnt a lot of new things, which help me along the way.

I enjoy my programme a lot, my trainer is very understanding and helps me a lot when needed.

my programme is very well organised.

I receive a lot of support, and encouragement.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

so far, when i need help she’s always there and ready to help me

it helps me a lot, give me a better understanding of things that’s i didn’t know were included in my role

i was always unsure what i wanted to do in my career, but activate apprenticeship gave me a better understanding of what my programme would include and i’m glad i choose this life
