at the moment the rotation I am in covers all sorts from maintenance of machines and equipment & installation of various products. I have multiple projects which i spend time on weekly as well as dealing with external suppliers.
Learned an awful lot while I've been here. Electrical & Mechanical engineering, CAD/CAM software as well. |All beneficial for my project and ay to day work.
I enjoy my program a lot, the various teams I've worked with in the past are great and they met my high expectations.
varies from team to team but on a whole there's great structure. You know what is needed/expected of you and vice versa with your managers.
I have received a lot of support. my Employer has been great with some of the personal issues I have had.
We receive a lot of help and support with this. I am working towards a HNC at the moment and the support I receive is great
Everything I'm learning in my course is extremely useful to my day to day roles. the theory is put into practice in the workplace.
They are multiple company events and regularly. this ranges from EEEC (volunteering) to pantomime events.

I would make sure you have a strong engineering background (if applying for an engineering role) as this will allow you build on already present skills and further reinforce your expertise.
