I get involved daily with my own little projects and tasks which add up to the main project. i shadow people and learn how they manage in certain situations. I also get given training once a month by Mace which gives me key knowledge and skills in order for me to improve with my job role.
Yes. i have learnt new managing skills, new people skills such as communicating and presenting with colleagues and clients. i have also learnt how to manage my time better as this is key within my development as a construction manager. I have also improved with my computer skills and knowledge.
i enjoy my programme as i get exposure to everything i need to be exposed to. This includes other disciplines and job roles. This is key as it gives me an insing into what everyones involvement in the project does and how it is important to finishing the e job.
