At the moment I am full time client services, End Investor. I deal with customer queries, anything from account management to dealing on the account.
I am learning something new everyday, each call is different and continually developing my knowledge through customer calls and elearnings.
It is definitely challenging but I like that I am progressing and learning new things as time goes on.
I would say it is structured okay, although the apprenticeship has changed to fitch and it has not started yet. I feel a bit lost with what is happening but I'm sure it will become clear soon.
The support has been great.
Have not received any support as of yet as it hasn't started yet and we have not fully been introduced to them.
I am sure it will be a massive help once It gets started

Yes
IT's a great company and can progress.
Make sure they are confident they want to be on the phones, I find it really challenging being someone with anxiety. Also to be prepared for a lot of calls and a different variety of customers. Confidence/knowledge comes with time, but to be prepared for a challenge
