General account management, Selling Technologies, developing relationships and working on my portfolio for my Award
Yes I have learnt how to develop relationships and how to sell different IT types
I have loved every second of it and would recommend it to anyone looking to join sales
Very well structured even with the difficulties of covid I have felt supported
I have Weekly 121's with my manager and we are in constant communication throughout the week.
We are in constant communication with my training provider and he helps me through the whole process.
I do think my role is very learning on the job and the qualification is less necessary
Yes i am involved in an many of the networking and social events softcat offer
Yes
We have a great time and it is a very rewarding job
Be yourself and be prepared to push yourself as its not easy but it is fun
