Yes massively. I have been able to learn about procurement and supply in areas outside services, which is my area. Public procurement being the biggest learning curve. It has also taken me back to basics and developed the fundamentals that I already did, but now have a wider understanding
The programme has been much more enjoyable than I actually thought it would be. It has been significantly challenging to balance it with 2020 and all the changes that COVID brought about - especially moving to a virtual learning space, however SRSCC have nailed this!
Very! We have each module split to two full learning days whether face to face or online. There is then assessments that test your knowledge, revision videos and sample papers etc
We are fully supported in the apprenticeship. There has not been one occasion that I haven't been able to complete the requirements because of work load or BAU activities. Recognition of the additional workload from my employer also.
As much as you want. They are on hand for all manner of additional support mechanisms beyond the delivery of the programme and you can pick and choose which work best for you.
It has expanded vastly my knowledge and awareness, despite being successful in the role for the past 10 years. I have been able to apply learnings from the programme into my BAU activities.
Not currently given the COVID circumstances. Under normal circumstances yes, social events, and networking happen.
